Welcome!
Cultures of the World Monday you will choose a number at random, that number will assign you a random country in the world. While countries can hold multiple cultures, and you will look at components of that, it will also be looking at quantities of each classification within the country. On Wednesday, we will use the posters to complete a cultural analysis. It is imperitative to keep in mind potential biases when creating posters on your country on Monday. Our goal is to avoid ethnocentrism and judging cultures/countries based on our own.
Fairy Tale Project You have your rough draft for the fairy tale project due tomorrow. If you have not been rewriting a modern version of your tale, please make sure you get started today. Please remember that the LESSON needs to be maintained, but you should be changing and modernizing the tale to be its own version. Please don't keep it TOO close to the original, as that will result in no higher than a 'B'. Remember also that these are being shared with other schools so make sure only your first name is on the title slide.
